What's that you say? Dwight and Pam are leaving Dunder Mifflin? It's true in a sense, but it's not as drastic as you might think. According to Variety, both Rainn Wilson and Jenna Fischer have "has set up scripts in recent weeks at the Peacock through Universal Media Studios."
Wilson is developing a single camera comedy called Hump Tulips which is a fish-out-of-water story about a lawyer who follows the woman he loves to a small town in Washington. Fischer will be trying some executive producing on for size with an hour long dramedy about a salesman who solves a crime and decides to become a private dick.
We're pretty certain that these shows are just part of the development perks that certain stars get when they're attached to a hit primetime show. They won't serve to actually steal Wilson and Fischer away from The Office.
