Former Dharma & Greg star Jenna Elfman has been cast in the lead role in CBS's new comedy pilot, Accidently on Purpose.

Variety says the project is about a San Francisco based movie critic whose one-night stand with a younger man results in her getting pregnant, and the unlikely couple deciding to raise the child together.

Claudia Lonow (Cashmere Mafia) wrote the pilot, and is an executive producer along with Gail Berman (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and Lloyd Braun.
