After spending nearly an entire season of Supernatural without a clear idea on how to defeat the Leviathans (besides throwing industrial strength cleaner at them), the Winchesters have finally learned how to subdue these monsters.  Stealing a stone tablet from Dick Roman that contained the Word of God, the brothers (with help from Castiel, Meg and a new teenage prophet named Kevin) discovered that they need four items: the bone of a righteous man washed with the blood of three fallen creatures.  Castiel has provided them with his blood (the blood of a fallen angel).  We also know that the penultimate episode will feature the Winchesters trying to get the blood of a demon (Crowley) and an alpha (the Alpha Vampire).

In the season 7 finale, titled "Survival of the Fittest", the Winchester brothers decide to storm Sucrocorp for one final battle against Dick Roman and the Leviathans.  With help from Castiel, Bobby, Meg and Kevin, Sam and Dean try to defeat these creatures before they can put their plans into effect.
