The network’s freshman dramas return with new episodes in March. “FlashForward” is back on March 4 and “V” returns on March 30.
After a fan-driven campaign, NBC’s “Chuck” returns Jan. 10 for a third season before moving to its regular Monday night time slot Jan. 11. Guests this season include Angie Harmon (“Law & Order”) as an enemy operative and Brandon Routh (“Superman Returns”) as a CIA agent.
The eighth longest day of Jack Bauer’s (Kiefer Sutherland) life begins with a two-night, four-hour event Jan. 17-18. On Fox’s “24,” the action moves to New York, where the Counter Terrorist Unit has been revived. Katee Sackhoff (“Battlestar Galactica”) and Freddie Prinze Jr. (“Scooby Do”) join the cast as CTU agents. “Fringe” is back April 1; “Glee” is all-new starting April 13.
Campbell Scott, Martin Short, Lily Tomlin and Keith Carradine come onboard for the third season of FX’s “Damages” Jan. 25. SOAPnet’s second season of “Being Erica” begins Jan. 20. After being unceremoniously canceled by NBC, “Southland” moves to TNT. The cable channel airs all the episodes from the first season of the critically acclaimed series beginning with a commercial-free airing of the pilot Jan. 14. Beginning March 2, TNT airs the six episodes from the second season that NBC dropped.
