The investigation into Gary Coleman's death has been closed after police found no new information,

The Santaquin Police Department closed the case Tuesday after receiving an autopsy report that ruled the Diff'rent Strokes star's death an accident, public safety clerk Ann Adams said.

Coleman died in May at age 42 from a brain hemorrhage, incurred from a fall in his Utah home.

Adams said foul play was never suspected in Coleman's death. But the news clears his ex-wife, Shannon Price, who had issued a statement denying any involvement in his death.
