Today at 10 a.m. PST (1 p.m. EST), the Staples Center in Los Angeles will be packed with thousands of people for Michael Jackson's memorial service.

An all-star lineup will be on hand to perform and honor the music icon. Ex-wife Debbie Rowe will be a no-show, though. As will one of his best friends.

Yesterday afternoon, Elizabeth Taylor, 77, Tweeted that she wants nothing to do with this "whoopla." She feels her grief is private and "between us."
