Olympia Dukakis, who won an Oscar for 1987's Moonstruck, has been cast as an attorney on Law & Order: SVU. Olympia, 79, will play Debby Marsh, an attorney hired to represent the son (hunky underwear model Adam Senn) of guest star Drea de Matteo (Desperate Housewives).

Olympia's episode, titled "Pop," will air on January 5 at 9 p.m. as the first of a two-hour SVU block. The 10 p.m. episode will feature Emmy winner Shohreh Aghdashloo as an employee of the Brooklyn DA's office.

What is Adam Senn's character convicted of? "Murder, of course," says SVU executive producer Neal Bear. "What else? This is SVU."
