'Burn Notice' Breaks Records with 9.1 Million Viewers 2009/8/28 22:54:58


The August 6th airing has become USA Network's most watched original series episode of all-time.

With the addition of L7 data, the 8/6 airing of "Burn Notice" has now become USA's most-watched original series telecast of all-time with 9.1 million viewers. This is the first time a USA original series has broken the 9 million viewers benchmark.

"Burn Notice" also set a USA Network record with 4.4 million viewers in P25-54 as well as delivering a series high in P18-49 with 3.76 million viewers.
 
USA's newest original series "Royal Pains" also delivered series highs on Thursday, 8/6, with the addition of L7 data, delivering 8.2 million total viewers and 3.884 million P25-54.

"Royal Pains," the #1 new original series on cable in 2009, will finale its first season this Thursday, August 27th at 10/9c on USA Network.
