The Tudors DVD Plot
The series, named after the Tudor dynasty, is loosely based upon the reign of King Henry VIII of England.The Tudors chronicles of the reign of Henry VIII, in which the king and his effectiveness has been tested in an international conflict and political intrigue own courts, the father of a male heir to the pressure to force him to abandon his wife , Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn. It also has a series of business and fathers an illegitimate child of his mistress Elizabeth "Bessie" Blount, Henry Fitzroy, who died later. Henry to find a leader in the Church of England, because of his break with the Catholic Church for its refusal to grant the divorce Katherine. His battle in Rome, has secretly married a pregnant Anne, who later gave birth to her second daughter, Elizabeth I. Later, Anne's failure to produce the fate of his son Henry attention is given to Jane Seymour....Henry focuses on the ill-fated marriage to Catherine Howard, his marriage to an incredible success last Catherine Parr, an attempted invasion of France and the issue of leadership of the kingdom after the death of Henry. His son, Edward VI becomes king, but died a few years later, his eldest daughter Mary became queen.

Very well acted. Excellent costumes. Wonderful sets. Close enough to historical accuracy for me. I thoroughly enjoyed each of the shows and will undoubtedly watch all of them again in a year. This set was a great addition to my library.
