Medium DVD Plot

Allison DuBois (Patricia Arquette),a mother of three, has the talent of being able to talk to dead  people and the dead send her visions of their deaths or other crimes while she sleeps.When she  begins working for Phoenix District Attorney Manuel Devalos (Miguel Sandoval) as an intern, she has a  dream related to a murder in Texas, the successful solving of which convinces Devalos and others  working in the D.A.'s office – as well as herself and her husband Joe (Jake Weber) – proved that her  talent is real.

The real challenge is convincing Devalos — and other doubters in the criminal justice system — that  her psychic abilities can give them the upper hand when it comes to solving crimes. Information comes  to her in dreams or in cryptic visions that sometimes do not mean what they initially suggest......

This show allows you to know your charaters and they never switch actors, with the exception of Lucky (but I think we all liked the change. Although the orginal Lucky was very good.) I enjoy having the DVDs because I can watch them over and over again. I you want something that will never leave with the regret of buying it, this is the series. I may step away for a month or so but I always come back. This show is full of morals and takes many twists and turns never leaving you suprised.
