'Days of our Lives' will live on for another season, its 45th.

According to the Live Feed, the longrunning NBC soap has been renewed through the 2010-2011 season.

"'Days' has shown year-to-year increases in key female demographics and remains both relevant and fresh creatively," said NBC Entertainment chairman Marc Graboff.

'Days' is one of seven remaining soap operas on network daytime television, and the only soap currently airing on NBC. That number will shrink to six in September, when CBS officially brings 'As the World Turns,' TV's longest-running soap, to a standstill.
